This Varsity Level book of Bonus Questions contains 606 multiple-part questions for you to practice with.  This particular book was made when we found a printed copy of the book in a file cabinet.  We bound the book and it is quite usable.  The fact that a few pages may be bent does not effect the questions and that makes this book a bargain!
